The case was forwarded to City Council on July 26. City Council tabled the case to allow <br /> councilmembers additional time to observe activity at the site. <br /> <br /> At the August 9, 2005 City Council meeting, discussion ensued regarding the fact that <br /> Mr. Yamatpour's expansion plans may be more opportune in 2007, when improvements <br /> are proposed for Sunfish Lake Blvd. At that point, Mr. Yamatpour stated his desire to <br /> withdraw his request for a decision on his expansion plans. <br /> <br />For the past several months, Mr. Yamatpour has spent some time considering alternatives <br />for his business. He has approached the City with a request that his expansion plan from <br />last summer be resubmitted to City Council for a decision. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Review and make a final decision on the request for expansion based on all of the <br />pertinent documents included with this case. There has been no change to the <br />circumstances or conditions o£Iast year. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember and seconded by Councilmember to <br />approve the site plan application for an expansion of the Sunfish Express facility at Hwy. <br />#10 and Sunfish Lake Blvd. and to direct City Staff to draft a Development Permit for <br />Council review and approval. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember and seconded by Councilmember to <br />direct City Staff to draft findings of fact to support denial of the site plan application for <br />an expansion of the Sunfish Express facility at Hwy. # I0 and Sunfish Lake Blvd. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />City Administrator <br />Community Development Director <br />Asst.
