All the terms and provisions of this Agreement <br />shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the successors in interest <br />of the respective parties hereto. <br /> <br /> Section 5.09 Further Instrument. Each of the parties hereto will as the other party <br />may request, without the cost or expense to the party so requesting, execute and deliver or cause <br />to be executed and delivered to such other party, such further instruments 'and will take such <br />other action as may be reasonably required to more effectively consummate the transactions <br />contemplated by this Agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 5.10 Captions. The captions appearing at the commencement of the articles <br />and sections hereof, are inserted for convenience of reference only and shall not constitute a part <br />of this Agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 5.11 Exhibits.
