Petition for feasibility study of water arid sewer proiect for a portion of <br />150t~ Ln. and Helium St. of Pondvale Estates in Ramsey <br /> <br />We the undersigned would like to move forward with a feasibility study for a water and <br />sewer project for a portion of 150t~ Ln. and Helium St: <br />The City of Ramsey has a developer, GM Homes, planning a project, just north of the <br />existing end of Helium, up to the south side of Alpine Blvd. <br />At this time water and sewer extensions end at the property line of 5600 150m Ln. It <br />appears that the new developments water and sewer will end at the edge of the existing <br />Helium St. That leaves approximately 800' of water and sewer lines to fie the 2 projects <br />together.
