COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Public Hearing on Redevelopment Plan for Highway 10 Interchange Center <br /> Project <br /> <br />Removed from the agenda. <br /> <br />Case #2: Public Hearing and Request for Adoption of City of Ramsey 2006-2010 <br /> Capital Improvement Plan <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:07 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Publlc Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public heating to order at 7:07 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated the Council has reviewed the 2006-2010 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) <br />and copies are available at City Hall He explained this is only a plan and the Council still <br />approves each item project for project. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Pearson, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cook, Pearson, Elvig, Jeffrey, <br />and Strommen. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Olson. <br /> <br />The public hearing was closed at 7:08 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:08 p.m. <br /> <br />Finance Officer Lund indicated the CIP will be available on the City website tomorrow, as well <br />as at City Hall. <br /> <br />Councilmember Strommen asked if the changes suggested at the work session have been <br />included in the CIP. <br /> <br />Finance Officer Lund responded in the affirmative. <br /> <br /> City Council / December 13, 2005 <br /> Page 7 of 37 <br /> <br /> <br />
