<br />NonCE OFPUBUC HEARING <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of <br />Ramsey Planning Commission will hold a pub- <br />lic hearing on Monday, November 6, 2000 at <br />7:00 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN I <br />55303. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a I <br />proposed ordinance to amend the Zoning and <br />f Subdivision Chapter of City Code to establish <br />density standards and a requirement for a traf- <br />fic generation analysis for new development <br />f adjacent to existing single family detached res- <br />idential development. <br />All interested persons are invited to attend <br />the hearing and comment on the proposed <br />ordinance. Th.e City of Ramsey complies with <br />the Americans With Disabilities Act and upon <br />advance request, information will be provided <br />in an alternative form and interpreters will be <br />available.
