Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Anderson, Board Members Johnson, Koeiscak, <br />Dempsey, and Wivoda. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS/BOARD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Request for a Variance to Minimum Lot Width, Lot Area and Ordinary <br />High Water Setback; Case of Harold Boyum <br /> <br />Community Development Director stated that the applicant requested that his case be withdrawn; <br />due to personal reasons he does not want to construct the home this summer. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Kociscak, seconded by Board Member Johnson, to withdraw the case <br />of Harold Boyum at his written request. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Anderson, Board Members Kociscak, Johnson, <br />Dempsey, and Wivoda. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />BOARD INPUT <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik explained that there are two properties that are owned <br />by the same owner that were granted variances in 1998. The variances lapsed and the property <br />owner failed to request an extension. She questioned if a new application should be required for <br />the properties or should an extension be granted after the fact. <br /> <br />Consensus of the Board of Adjustment was that the applicant should have to make a new <br />application. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Wivoda, seconded by Board Member Johnson, to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Anderson, Board Members Wivoda, Johnson, <br />Dempsey, and Kociscak.
