To assist planning and design, you
have authorized American Engineering Testing, Inc. (AET) to conduct a subsurface exploration
program at the site, conduct soil laboratory testing, and perform a geotechnical engineering
review for the project. This report presents the results of the above services, and provides our
engineering recommendations based on this data.
2.0 SCOPE OF SERVICES
AET's services were performed according to our proposal to you dated July 28, 2021, which you
authorized on December 20, 2021. The authorized scope consists of the following.
• Drilling 3 standard penetration test borings to a depth of 14% feet each.
• Performing soil laboratory testing.
• Performing a geotechnical engineering review based on the data and preparing this
report.
These services are intended for geotechnical purposes only.
