City Council adopts the 2007 Proposed Municipal Budget; 2006 Payable 2007, Proposed Municipal Levy and sets the 2006 hearing dates for the 2007 Budget Public Hearing(s). September 15 City certifies 2007 Proposed Municipal Budget; 2006 Payable 2007 Proposed Municipal Levy and two 2007 Budget Public Heating dates. September/October Finance Committee and Council work sessions as needed. Sept 25-October 6 City Council work sessions on 2007 Goals, Objectives and 5-Year Departmental Plans. October 24 Finance Committee and City Council review and adopt 2007-2011 Capital Improvement Program. November 14 Finance Committee and City Council to review and adopt the 2007 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges. November 14 2007 Goals, Objectives and 5-Year Departmental Plans submitted to City Council for adoption. November 13-28 County mails notice of proposed property taxes for payable 2007. November 29 - December 28 Public Hearing(s) on Final 2007 Municipal Budget and Levy December 12 Adopt 2007 Municipal Budget and Final 2006, Payable 2007 Levy December 28 Final levy certification to County auditor and certification of compliance with Troth in Taxation requirements to the Department of Revenue. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of Ramsey hereby approves the 2007 Budget Calendar.
