Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #23-039 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT SATISFIED AND <br />AUTHORIZING RELEASE FROM PROPERTY <br />WHEREAS, Lord of Life Church, hereafter referred to as "Property Owner", requested a <br />release from a development agreement associated with the following described property located <br />in the City of Ramsey: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Stoney River Addition, except road and subject to easements of <br />record, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the ` Subj ect Property'); and <br />WHEREAS, the Subject Property is encumbered, in whole or in part, by the following <br />development agreement (the"Development Agreement") for a past subdivision project: <br />"Sunny Ponds Development Agreement" recorded as Document Number 990082 <br />on July 24, 1992, <br />WHEREAS, the project that is the subject of that Development Agreements has been <br />completed to the terms therein; and <br />WHEREAS, the City is declaring that Development Agreement satisfied; and <br />WHEREAS, because the Development Agreement remains on the title of the Subject <br />Property; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed request to release the Development Agreement <br />from the Subject Property on February 14, 2023. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />The Development Agreement referenced above is deemed satisfied and may be released from the <br />Subj ect Property described above. <br />
