Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #23-030 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EASEMENT VACATION ON OUTLOT C, LYNWOOD <br />WHEREAS, U.S. Home LLC, dba Lennar, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for an <br />Easement Vacation to vacate all of the drainage and utility easement encumbering the following legally described <br />property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlot C, Lynwood, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Final Plat of Lynwood Second Addition on January 10, 2023; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Lynwood Second Addition Final Plat includes the necessary drainage and utility <br />easements needed. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the vacation of drainage and utility easement from Outlot <br />C, Lynwood as shown in Exhibit A. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 14th day of <br />February, 2023. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
