Recall that ttfis is 72 townhome unites <br />north of Bunker Lake Blvd. and west of Town Center Drive. <br /> <br />River Pines 6th Addition has not gone forward for final plat approval. This plat was the <br />subdivision of Lot 1, Block 3, River Pines 5m Addition into 2 lots. City Staff and the <br />Developer continue to work on the requirement for a temporary cul-de-sac bulb at the <br />northerly terminus of the Lithium Street extension. <br /> <br />Robert Guzzo's request for an Interim Use Permit to continue operation of his sign business <br />at 6160 Green Valley Road was denied. Mr. Guzzo was given until March 31, 2006 to <br />relocate the commercial operation from h/s residential property. <br /> <br />City Staff will be requesting the Planning Commission to select a date to meet with <br />facilitator, Larry Bakken, to discuss comprehensive plan issues during the week of February <br />6 or February 13, 2006. <br /> <br />PC: 02.02.06 <br /> <br />111 <br /> <br /> <br />
