Page 2 -- December 10, 2005 <br /> <br />First Amendment-- Church wants to build daycare center <br />City denies license because of zoning restriction <br />Citation: Grace United Merhodist Church v. City of Cheyenne, loth U.S. Circuit <br />Court of Appeals, No. 03-8060 (2005) <br />The loth U.S. Circuit has jutZisdiction over Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, <br />Oklahoma, Utah, and Wyoming. <br />WYOMING (10/25/05) -- Grace United Methodist Church wanted to operate a <br />daycare center on its property. The proposed daycare center would care for 100 <br />children.
