COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Public Hearing on Redevelopment Plan for Highway 10 Interchange Center <br /> Project <br /> <br />Removed from the agenda. <br /> <br />Case//2: Public Hearing and Request for Adoption of City of Ramsey 2006-2010 <br /> Capital Improvement Plan <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:07 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br /> Mayor Garnet called the public hearing to order at 7:07 p.m. <br /> <br /> Presentation <br /> <br /> Mayor Garnet stated the Council has reviewed the 2006-2010 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) <br /> and copies are available at City Hall. He explained this is only a plan and the Council still <br /> approves each item project for project. <br /> <br /> Citizen Input <br /> <br /> There was none. <br /> <br /> Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Pearson, to close the public <br /> hearing. <br /> <br /> Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cook, Pearson, Elvig, Jeffrey, <br /> and Strommen. Voting No:. None.
