Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #05-11-379 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING 10TM PARTIAL PAYMENT TO GLEN REItBEIN <br /> COMPANIES FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #03-29 (SUNWOOD DRIVE NW AND <br /> RHINESTONE STREET NW) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on Mamh 9, 2004, City Council adopted Resolution #04-03°066 approving <br /> the plans and specifications for the above referenced work; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br /> recomanended 1st partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $375,198.93. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 2nd partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $609,993.05. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 3~d partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $576,964.93. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 4th partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $526,319.93. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 5th partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $194,849.03. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 6th partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $870,532.37. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />reconunended 7th partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $66,517.52. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 8th partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $743,807.01. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />reconunended 9th partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $52,867.92. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 10th partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $150,082.98. <br /> <br />NOW TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes l0th partial payment to Glenn Rehbein <br /> Companies for Improvement Project #03-29, Sunwood Drive NW and Rhinestone Street <br /> NW in the amount of $150,082.98 on November 22, 2005. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #05-11-379 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
