Councilmember Woestehoff introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #23-039 RESOLUTION DECLARING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT SATISFIED AND AUTHORIZING RELEASE FROM PROPERTY WHEREAS, Lord of Life Church, hereafter referred to as “Property Owner”, requested a release from a development agreement associated with the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Lot 1, Block 1, Stoney River Addition, except road and subject to easements of record, Anoka County, Minnesota (the ‘Subject Property’); and WHEREAS, the Subject Property is encumbered, in whole or in part, by the following development agreement (the “Development Agreement”) for a past subdivision project: “Sunny Ponds Development Agreement” recorded as Document Number 990082 on July 24, 1992, WHEREAS, the project that is the subject of that Development Agreements has been completed to the terms therein; and WHEREAS, the City is declaring that Development Agreement satisfied; and WHEREAS, because the Development Agreement remains on the title of the Subject Property; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed request to release the Development Agreement from the Subject Property on February 14, 2023. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The Development Agreement referenced above is deemed satisfied and may be released from the Subject Property described above. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Musgrove, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Riley Councilmember Woestehoff Councilmember Musgrove Councilmember Howell Councilmember Olson Councilmember Specht
