port <br />911111110 <br />This report documents a traffic study completed along CSAH 5 (Nowthen Boulevard) in Ramsey, <br />MN. The project study area is shown in Figure 1. Anoka County desires to improve its understanding <br />of future needs along this corridor, as it is anticipated that the corridor will be impacted by current <br />and future improvements to US Highway 10 in the cities of Anoka and Ramsey. The main objectives <br />of this study are to review existing operations, develop/evaluate future traffic forecasts for the <br />corridor, and analyze potential intersection improvements which may help serve future traffic <br />demands.
