The <br />Clearinghouse website provides crash modification factors (C1\1Fs) for various countermeasures <br />implemented on a segment or at an intersection. Using the Clearinghouse, C1\1Fs were selected based <br />on the relevance of the countermeasure to the concept analyzed.
