Extraordinary management measures that may be permitted in <br />conjunction with and up -slope from the above buffer strip and setback requirement <br />include, but are not limited to measures that add redundant protections to normal required <br />Best Management Practices. <br />Subd. 5. The applicant shall be responsible to submit all of the necessary <br />information to document that the proposed extraordinary construction and stormwater <br />management practices (hereinafter referred to as "Extraordinary Management Practices") <br />will at least duplicate the performance of the required buffers and setbacks, if not exceed <br />it.
