The City Council and Planning Commission questioned Met Council's desire to submit individual <br />comprehensive plan amendments versus submit a comprehensive plan amendment rewrite. <br /> <br />Case #2 Review Revised Alternative Development Scenarios <br /> <br />Loren Gordon from Hoisington Koegler Group gave a power point presentation outlining changes <br />that have been made to the alternative scenarios since the last joint work session held on January <br />4, 2005. <br /> <br />Much discussion ensued about the importance of establishing a greenway plan, looking at how the <br />greenway plan aligns with the transportation plan, and working with neighboring communities to <br />determine appropriate land uses along the city's border. <br /> <br />Discussion revolved around the individual scenarios. Input was solicited specifically related to <br />scenarios B & C. <br /> <br />The City Council and Planning Commission discussed how a public input meeting should be <br />structured. Several ideas and suggestions were discussed, no consensus was reached. <br /> <br />The City Council and Planning Commission discussed the need to meet again as a group to review <br />the scenarios in greater detail.
