Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-12-424 A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT FOR RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 13TM ADDITION WHEREAS, National Growth, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for final plat approval of Ramsey Town Center 13th Addition on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlot Q, Ramsey Town Center Addition Or after recording; Lot 1, Block 1, and Outlot A, Ramsey Town Center 13th Addition (the "Subject Property") WHEREAS, on October 20, 2005, the City of Ramsey received an application for sketch plan from National Growth, LLC for a plat to be named Ramsey Town Center 13th Addition; and WHEREAS, on November 3, 2005, the Planning Commission provided comments on the sketch plan, and accepted the concept and design of the proposed plat, and WHEREAS, on November 22, 2005, the City of Ramsey received an application for Final Plat from National Growth, LLC for the plat, and WHEREAS, on November 3, 2005, the City Council conducted a worksession to comment on the proposed Plat, and WHEREAS, on December 13, 2005, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat for Ramsey Town Center 13th Addition, and WHEREAS, on December 13, 2005, the City Council reviewed the final plat for Ramsey Town Center 13th Addition; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary and final plat approval to Ramsey Town Center 13th Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated December 9, 2005 2. The Developer entering into a Development Contract with the City
