Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #05-12-424 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT FOR RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 13TM <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, National Growth, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly <br />applied for final plat approval of Ramsey Town Center 13th Addition on the following described <br />property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot Q, Ramsey Town Center Addition <br /> <br />Or after recording; <br /> <br /> Lot 1, Block 1, and Outlot A, Ramsey Town Center 13th Addition <br /> <br /> (the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 20, 2005, the City of Ramsey received an application for sketch <br />plan from National Growth, LLC for a plat to be named Ramsey Town Center 13th Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 3, 2005, the Planning Commission provided comments on <br />the sketch plan, and accepted the concept and design of the proposed plat, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 22, 2005, the City of Ramsey received an application for <br />Final Plat from National Growth, LLC for the plat, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 3, 2005, the City Council conducted a worksession to <br />comment on the proposed Plat, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on December 13, 2005, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat for <br />Ramsey Town Center 13th Addition, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on December 13, 2005, the City Council reviewed the final plat for Ramsey <br />Town Center 13th Addition; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary and final plat approval to Ramsey Town <br />Center 13th Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated December 9, 2005 <br />2. The Developer entering into a Development Contract with the City <br /> <br /> <br />
