Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the <br />Ordinance. <br />The ordinance amends the existing City Code Section 2-189. This addition establishes that <br />Councilmembers terms on the Economic Development Authority will coincide with their term as <br />a Councilmember. <br />SECTION 4.
