Councilmember Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-12-435 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR <br /> THE PART -TIME FIRE SECRETARY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Frankie Jo McNallan began working for the City on June 13, 2005 and was <br />subject to a six-month probationary period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. McNallan has successfully completed the required six-month <br />probationary period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Conunittee, at its December 13, 2005 meeting agreed <br />with stafff s recommendation to end the probationary period for Frankie Jo McNallan, effective <br />December 13, 2005. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel <br />Committee to end the probationary period for Frankie Jo McNallan, effective December <br />13, 2005. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Elvig, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Olson <br /> <br /> <br />
