Governance <br /> <br />A Board of Directors313] will govern the Partners. An Executive Committee <br />consisting of the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, and <br />one board member representing Anoka County will attend to urgent issues <br />and preplan board meeting agendas. <br /> <br />Organizational Structure <br /> <br />The organization shall consist of an Executive Director, an Assistant <br />Director, and a Communications Manager. The Executive Director shall <br />report to the Board of Directors and be responsible for the daily operation <br />of the Partners. Much of the Executive Director's time will be spent outside <br />of the office coordinating and facilitating economic development activities. <br /> <br />The Assistant Director will report to the Executive Director and will manage <br />the daily operation, in the absence of the Executive Director. The Assistant <br />Director will also be responsible for the financial records of the Partners <br />and will be involved in various daily office functions. <br /> <br />The Communications Manager will report to the Executive Director and will <br />be responsible for marketing materials, training materials, newsletters and <br />the website. <br /> <br />Other clerical and support staff will be added to the organization as the <br />workload requires and financial support allows. <br /> <br />Employee compensation and benefits will be detailed in the individual <br />employment contracts. <br /> <br />Financial Plan <br /> <br />3pl Two board seats will represent Anoka County and will be appointed by the Anoka County <br />Board of Commissioners. Three board members will represent cities and townships and be <br />selected by Partner members of that group. Two board members will represent post secondary <br />education. Two members will represent chambers of commerce. Two members will represent <br />developer/realtor organizations. Three members will represent area banks. Two members will <br />represent utilities.
