Sullivan, Economic Development Coordinator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the January 11, 2006 EDA meeting, Staff and the EDA discussed a 2005 and 2006 work <br />plans. During the meeting, the EDA spent a great deal of time determining the direction the EDA <br />would like to go in for the upcoming year. Staff has submitted the attached set of goals to the <br />City Administrator to check for congruency with the City Council's 5 year Strategic Plan. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Adopt attached EDA Goals and Objectives <br /> <br />EDA Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt the 2006 Goals and Objectives. <br /> <br />EDA: 02.08.06 <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br /> <br />
