PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Ramsey will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 11, 2000 at 7:00 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard mW, Ramsey, MN 55303. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a proposed ordinance to vacate a portion of the drainage and utility easement contained with- in the property generally known as 16801 Radium Street NW and 16747 Radium Street mW, Lots 6 and Lot 7, Block 4, Klemish Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota and legal- ly described as follows: The north 10.00 feet of said Lot 6 and ,the south 10.00 feet of said Lot 7 which lies 10,00 feet easterly of the west line of said Lots 6 and 7 and which lies 10.00 feet westerly of the northerly extension of the east line of said Lot 6. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for easement vacation. The City of Ramsey com- plies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and upon advance requesi, information will be provided in an alternative form and inter- preters will be available. Any person with such a request should contact Community Develop- ment Secretary Tara Olson at 427-1410 by noon on Thursday, January 6, 2000.
