Anderson <br />Councilmember Margaret Connolly <br />Councilmember Terry Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator James Norman <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Acting Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Police Chief David Gustafson <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />at the <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:10 p.m. and lead in the <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />ANNOUNCEMNT <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec thanked Commercial Asphalt for the $500.00 donation to be used at the discretion <br />of the City Council to benefit the youth of Ramsey. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />NOlle. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec added Case #8a: Request for Exception to Moratorium; Case of Chris Bulow. <br /> <br />City Council/January 11, 2000 <br /> Page 2 of 17 <br /> <br /> <br />
