<br />: Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey
<br /> ity Council will hold a public hearing on
<br /> es.day, January 25, 2000, at 7:00 p.m., at the
<br /> Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen
<br />Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303.
<br />~ ' The purpose of the hearing is to consider
<br />· the formation of Tax Increment Financing
<br /> DistriCt' No~'1'-~7, an~l tee adoptic~n of a tax
<br /> increment'finan'cing plari pursuant to
<br />i Minnesota -Statutes, Chapter 469.
<br /> All' interested persons are invited to attend
<br />' the hearing and comment. The City of Ramsey
<br /> complies with the Americans with Disabilities
<br /> Act and, upon advance request, information
<br /> Will be provided in an alternative form and
<br /> interpreters will b~ available. Any person with
<br /> such a reques, t should contact Deputy. City
<br /> Clerk Jo Thieling at 427-1410 by 5:00 p.m. on
<br /> Wednesday, January 19, 2000. There is a TDD
<br /> machine at Ramsey Municipal Center, the
