Hughes <br />Integrated Real Estate Services, Inc. <br />277 Coon Rapids Blvd., Suite 210 <br />Coon Rapids, MN 55433 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Hughes, <br /> <br />This letter is to acknowledge that we had a conversation with you at our home on Monday, March 6, <br />2000 regarding plm!s by Pete Kociscak of North Suburban Development to develop the property to the <br />north and west of our home. <br /> <br />No verbal agreements were made at the meeting on March 6, regarding use of our land or zoning <br />changes adjacent to our land. <br /> <br />We had been informed that, earlier this year, a developer had made representations to the planning <br />commission of Ramsey that we had ah'eady agreed to some zoning changes. We regret the necessity of a <br />letter like this-one to inform you, our representatives on the Ramsey city council and the city <br />administrator that we have not made aay agreements regarding changes in zoning with you or any other <br />developer. We would also like to make it dear that we will not make any verbal agreements regarding <br />such changes.
