C il y of Ramsey oo. <br /> · <br /> <br />15153 NOWTHEN BOULEVARD N.W., RAMSEY, MINNESOTA 55303 ' (6121 4 <br /> <br />June 29, 1987 <br /> <br />Mr. David Torkildson <br />Director <br />Anoka County Parks and Recreation <br />Anoka Coumty Court House <br />325 East Main Street <br />Anoka, fin 55303 <br /> <br />RE: Expansion of the Mississippi West County Park. <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Torkildson: <br /> <br />I have reviewed the possible expansion of the Mississippi West County <br />Park with the Ramsey City COuncil and have received concept approval <br />of expansion plans consistent with the enclosed map and the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the County establish an acceptable time frame <br />(approximately three years) for marketing the commercial <br />property along Highway ~I0; <br /> <br />That commercial areas within the Huseby and M~rtin property <br />shall be taxable; <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That right-of-ways should be dedicated for the purpose of <br />aligning Traprock Street NW to inter'sect at right angles with <br />Highway ~10, that a roadway be established to-MSA standards <br />through the Euseby and Martin properties along the line of <br />the southern border of the Huseby commercial property, and <br />that'Ramsey'Blvd. ~7~ be extended to tie into the previously <br />mentioned MSA service road;- <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />That the County of Anoka would be responsible for'all legal <br />costs; <br /> <br />That the Municipal State Aid service road would be <br />constrncted, at a time to be determined by the City of Ramsey; <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />That the County of Anoka will pay for 1/2 of the road costs <br />within the Huseby property and all of the road costs within <br />the Martin property. <br /> <br /> <br />
