CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, April 11, 2000, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Susan E. Anderson <br />Councilmember Margaret Connolly <br />Councilmember Terry Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator James Norman <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Human Resources Manager Rhonda Heryla <br />Police Chief David Gustafson <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:07 p.m. and <br />Councilmember Zimmerman led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />At Mayor Gamec's invitation, Mike Thorud, 14821 Kamacite Street NW, introduced himself and <br />stated he attends Anoka High School. He explained he is attending the Council meeting tonight <br />as part of a school project. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec added Agenda Item #7A, Council Business, Building Permit for Accessory <br />Buildings at 15631 Ramsey Boulevard NW. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik advised that representatives from U.S. West have <br />asked that their application be considered as soon as possible so they are able to attend another <br />community meeting for which they are scheduled. <br /> <br />City Council/April 11, 2000 <br /> Page 2 of 27 <br /> <br /> <br />
