Copies of <br />the plans and specifications may be seen at <br />City Hall and at the office of the Engineer, John <br />Oliver & Associates, Inc. <br /> ,Copies of the plans and specifications will <br />be furnished upon request and receipt of a <br />non-refundabte deposit of $50.00 sent to the <br />c~ffice of the Engineer, John Oliver & Asso- <br />ciates, Inc., 580 Dodge Avenue, Elk River, <br />Minnesota 55330. <br /> Each bidder shall file with their bid an <br />acceptable certified check or bid bond in an <br />amount of not less than 5% of the total <br />amount of the bid.
