<br /> Yhe' Council of the City of Ramsey,
<br />Minnesota, will receive bids at the office of the
<br />City Clerk, at the Ramsey City Hall, 15153
<br />Nowthen Blvd., N.W., until 2:00 PM, June 5,
<br />2_000 for the making of the following
<br />described improvements which are the princi-
<br />pal components of the project:

<br />6"-8" DIP Watermain 1,100 LF
<br />10' PVC Sanitag/Sewer 1,080 LF
<br />Sanitary Manholes 4 EA
<br />Hydrants 3 FA,
<br />and other necessary appurtenances,
<br />according to plans and specifications as pre-
<br />pared by John Oliver & Associates, Inc., 580
<br />Dodge Avenue, Elk River, Minnesota. Copies of
<br />the plans and specifications may be seen at
<br />City Hall and at the office of the Engineer, John
<br />Oliver & Associates, Inc.
<br /> ,Copies of the plans and specifications will
<br />be furnished upon request and receipt of a
<br />non-refundabte deposit of $50.00 sent to the
<br />c~ffice of the Engineer, John Oliver & Asso-
<br />ciates, Inc., 580 Dodge Avenue, Elk River,
<br />Minnesota 55330.
<br /> Each bidder shall file with their bid an
<br />acceptable certified check or bid bond in an
<br />amount of not less than 5% of the total
<br />amount of the bid. No bid may be withdrawn
<br />within 60 days after the bids are opened. The
<br />Owner reserves the right to reject any or all
<br />bids or to accept the bid deemed in the best
<br />interest of the Owner.
<br /> The bids will be considered by the City
<br /> at their meeting on June 13, 2000.

<br />including Friday, the 19th day of May, 2000, and printed below is a copy of the lower case
<br />alphabet fi'om A to Z, both inclusive, which is hereby acknowledged as being the size and
<br />kind of type used in the composition and publication of the notice:
