Norman <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Human Resources Manager Rhonda Heryla <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />City Engineer Brian Olson <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Police Chief David Gustafson <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:00 p.m. and lead in the <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Gary Hanson, Bake Starr, Inc., stated that during the last City Council meeting of May 23rd' a <br />number of items were discussed regarding the Ace Solid Waste transfer station site permit that <br />needed clarification. Since the City Engineer did not accept the USGS map that Mr. Hanson <br />provided showing the location of the wetland on the site, the evaluator did not examine the <br />correct locations (information presented at the meeting indicated that he only looked at soil near <br />the Aspen trees). This could have been avoided if, as requested, Mr. Hanson had been included <br />in the party examining the site. There can be no question that the USGS map presented does <br />show a marsh outline on this site, which the City Engineer has not produced any evidence to the <br />contrary.
