PUBLIC HEARING/COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Application of Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for E-Z Liquor Outlet; <br /> Case of Alan & Cindy Furan <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:29 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:29 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentatiou <br /> <br />Police Chief Gustafson stated that Alan W. and Cynthia M. Furan, d/b/a E-Z Liquor Outlet <br />properly applied for an off-sale intoxicating liquor license at 6937 Highway #10 NW. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Connolly, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to close the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Connolly, Zilmnerman, <br />Anderson, and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The public hearing closed at 7:32 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:32 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Connolly, seconded by Councilmember Zirnmerman, to approve an <br />off-sale liquor license application for Alan W. and Cynthia M. Furan, d/b/a E-Z Liquor Outlet <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Connolly, Zimmerman, <br />Anderson, and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #lb: Sunwood Drive Trail <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that during recent discussion with individual Public Works <br />Committee members, it was discovered that there may be the need for clarification of the <br /> <br /> City Council/June 27, 2000 <br /> Page 5 of 26 <br /> <br /> <br />
