NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The City Council hereby finds that it is necessary that the Subject Property be acquired in <br />fee simple absolute for the stated public purposes through the exercise of the power of <br />eminent domain. <br /> <br />The City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to take all steps necessary to acquire <br />said real estate by use of eminent domain proceedings. <br /> <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was' duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this __ day of ,2006. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas G.
