The Plarming Commission recommended approval of the request for the Conditional Use Permit <br />at the height and tower design proposed. Staff is confident that the remaining details can be <br />resolved. <br /> <br />Because the applicant is a public agency and the requested use will improve public safety, City <br />Staff is recommending that the standard Conditional Use Permit application fees be waived. In <br />addition, the typical agreement between the County and .communities hosting County towers is <br />that land lease fees are waived.
