Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Klm Moore-Sykes <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Human Resources Manager Rhonda Heryla <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Principal Planner Patrick Trudgeon <br />City Engineer Brian Olson <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:05 p.m. and called <br />upon Councilmember Hendriksen to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION TO ENVIRONMENTAL SPECIALIST BRUCE BACON <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that the City has been fortunate to have Bruce Bacon working with the City <br />of Ramsey for 23 years on a part time capacity as an Environmentalist. This year Mr. Bacon was <br />selected as Anoka County's Outstanding Conservationist. Mayor Gamec presented Mr. Bacon <br />with a plaque from the City congratulating him on the award he received from the County. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Jack Miller, 4140 Terrace Lane, Minnetonka, stated that he had some comments he would like to <br />make regarding Case #12 and inquired if he would be given that opportunity when the case was <br />discussed. <br /> <br />City Council/December 12, 2000 <br /> Page 2 of 25 <br /> <br /> <br />
