Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The public hearing closed at 7:19 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:19 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Connolly, to adopt <br />Resolution #00-12-328 approving the modification to the Development Program for <br />Development District No. 1, approving the amendment to the Tax Increment Financing Plan for <br />Tax Increment Financing District No. 2 within Development District No. 1 and establishing Tax <br />Increment Financing District No. 8 and approving its Tax Increment Financing Plan. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Connolly, Anderson, <br />and Zilnmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Introduce Ordinance to Vacate Drainage and Utility Easements in Northfork <br />Highlands Addition; Case of North Fork, Inc. <br /> <br />Mayor Gmnec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:20 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:20 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Colnmunity Development Director Frolik stated that in 1995, the Ramsey City Council approved <br />reducing the area of the drainage and utility easement in the rear yards of Lots 10 and 11, Block <br />1, Northfork Highlands Addition. The extraneous easements xvere acquired with the first phase <br />of Northfork without regard for elevations. By the time Northfork Highlands was platted, it was <br />determined that large portions of this easement were not necessary and approved for vacating. <br />The ordinance was never properly recorded. In 1996, there was an administrative subdivision to <br />realign the common property lines between Lots 11, 12, and 13, of Block 1 in Northfork <br /> <br />City Council/December 12, 2000 <br /> Page 5 of 25 <br /> <br /> <br />
