MEMO <br /> <br />The Tinklenber§ Group <br /> <br />To: <br /> <br />Brian Olson, City of Ramsey <br /> <br />From: <br /> <br />Jodi Ruehle, The Tinklenberg Group <br /> <br />Date: <br /> <br />February 17, 2006 <br /> <br />Re: <br /> <br />Status report - Northwest Sanitary Sewer Extension Project <br /> <br />To date we have signed easements specific to all property owners where "sewer easements" <br />are necessary with regard to the easement acquisitions for the Northwest Sanitary Sewer <br />Extension Project with the exception of one. <br /> <br />Mr. Mark Ulvog-parcel 26 is the last remaining property owner we need signatures from for the <br />"sewer" portion of the project, and after countless attempts have been made he is unable to be <br />reached. As you are aware, we have been working through his father who while has been <br />amicable to our phone calls, has not been able to help us make a connection with this <br />individual. We've been told he travels continuously and is not in the same location even for a <br />day. We have requested numerous times for a cell phone or pager number, the name of his <br />employer, hotel he might be staying at, etc. and left messages at the property residence. We <br />will continue our efforts, but are concerned about being able to reach this person. We have <br />communicated to the father that it is absolutely imperative to the project schedule that Mark <br />contact us immediately. <br /> <br />Parcel 27-Kathy Cullen and Ken Mathies have agreed to sign upon receipt of revised legal <br />description and accompanying parcel map which we expect to have completed next week. <br /> <br />We will be following up with the remainder of those individuals who we discussed acquiring <br />"utility" or "ditch" easements with, now that the other easements have been acquired. <br /> <br />The list on the following page identifies property owners where easements have been acquired <br />since the last update to City Council, and require Council authorization for payment. <br /> <br />2/17/2006 <br /> <br />City of Rarneey - NW Sanitary Sewer Extension <br />The Tinklenberg Group -11- <br /> <br /> <br />
