10. That the Permittees shall provide a financial guarantee to the City, guaranteeing the <br /> timely abandonment and/or removal of the existing home and septic system. The <br /> financial guarantee shall be in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars and no cents <br /> ($5,000.00). The form and issuer of the financial guarantee shall be subject to the <br /> approval of the City. The financial guarantee shall be deposited with the City prior to the <br /> issuance of the building permit for the new dwelling on the Subject Property. Upon total <br /> completion of the removal and abandonment of pre-existing structures, to the satisfaction <br /> of the City, the Permittee may request a release of the financial guarantee. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />The Permittees shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this Permit. Said expenses shall be paid within 15 days of billing by the City <br />and failure to pay the City's expenses within the 15 day billing period will permit the City <br />to draw upon any of the escrows required by this agreement for payment. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />The City Administrator and/or his/her designee shall have the right to inspect the <br />premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time upon reasonable <br />request. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Cook, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 23rd day of September, 2003. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-09-262 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
