Councilmember Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-01-034 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR RAMSEY TOWN <br />CENTER 12th ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey Town Center LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has <br />properly applied for final plat approval of Ramsey Town Center 12th Addition on the following <br />described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot A, Ramsey Town Center 8th Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 18, 2005, the City of Ramsey received an application for <br />Preliminary Plat and Preliminary Site Plan approval of Ramsey Town Center 12th Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on December 1, 2005, the Planning Commission conducted a public <br />hearing and recommended that City Council approve the preliminary plat and site plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on December 13, 2005, the Ramsey City Council reviewed and approved <br />the preliminary plat and site plan of the Subject Property subject to certain conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 3, 2006, the City of Ramsey received an application for final <br />plat and final site plan for review and approval. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Ramsey Town Center <br />12th Addition subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />a) Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated January 19, 2006 <br />b) The Applicant entering into a Development Contract with the City <br /> <br /> <br />
