The letting date should be around the
first of May or before so the Central Office has time to prepare
the Agreement and get it executed in fiscal 1989.

You will be required to acquire all necessary right-of-way at no
cost to the State, prepare the plans and do all construction
engineering. The State will reimburse you for construction
engineering at the rate of eight percent of the State
participating amount.

The State participating amount will be based on MnDOT's policy on
Cooperative Construction projects.

It is very essential that we receive the required resolution and
the tentative letting date within the next month. If we do not
receive the resolution and letting date within the next month, we
will assume you no longer are interested in the project. We will
then cancel the funding for the project for fiscal 1989.

An Equal Opportunily Errlploger
