(b) No more than two (2) binge occasions each week shall be cenducted by any erganization. No person who leases premises to two (2) or more organizations for purposes including the cenduct of bingo shall allew mere than two (2) bingo occasiens to be conducted en the premises in any week; (c) Gambling locations shall be limited to one (1) licensed gambling organization at any one time in the licensed premises and any reoms adjeining the premises under the same management. Ne lease shall be made with one erganization while another lease is in effect for the same on- sale establishment; (d) Every agreement between a non-prefit organizatien and a gambling lecation owner for gambling shall be in the ferm of a written lease. The written lease shall be the complete agreement between the parties, and there shall be no unwritten terms er eonditiens. The lease shall specifically provide that the lessee shall operate enly after issuance of a license and shall be subject to the terms of this ordinance; (e) A cepy of any lease agreement between a non-profit erganizatien and a gambling location ewner or operator shall be filed with the City Administrator with the gambling license application; (f) A lease agreement between a non-profit organization and a gambling location owner or operator shall not provide for rental payments based on a percentage of receipts or profits from lawful gambling. There shall be no other compensation paid to the gambling location owner or operator, directly or indirectly, other than the rental fee provided in the lease agreement. The maximum rental fee shall be six hundred dollars ($600.00) per menth; (g) The gambling eperations shall be maintained by the organization licensed to conduct gambling and shall be under the exclusive centrol of that organizatien. The erganizatien licensed to cenduct gambling shall prominently display its name at the location where the gambling devices are distributed or used and shall indicate the intended use of all prefits from gambling; (h) Ko employees or agents of the gambling location shall be paid for handling gambling devices, gambling money, prizes, or gambling records; (i) The organizatien licensed to conduct gambling shall have exclusive centrol over all gambling devices, money, and recerds. Whenever the organizatien is not present or specifically represented by its agent, all gambling devices, meney, and records shall be securely locked and shall be inaccessible to employees of the gambling locatien; (j) No gambling funds shall be commingled with funds of the gambling locatien; (k) No fend, drink, or entertainment disceunts or other promotions shall be effered in conjunction with the sale of gambling devices or chances; (1) The gambling lecatien shall allow the organizatien to cenduct gambling at any time during its lawful business heurs and shall prohibit gambling at any time other than its lawful business heurs;
