PROPOSED COnDITIONAl- USE PERHIT <br /> DAVID SCHULTE <br /> <br />On . ~, 198_, a conditional use per. it was issued to David $chulte <br />for excavating materials in the R-IR Rural Residential district on the <br />property legally described as follows: <br /> Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, Block 1, Oakwood Hills, Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota. ~ ~_~2 ~ ~~Z <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Sections I?O.OI~D and 170.017~ of the ~ <br />Ramsey City Code. This conditional use pe~it is ~1 in its duration ~ <br />so long as the conditions imposed herein are c~plied with. The conditions <br />of' this pe~it are as foll~s: <br /> <br /> 1. A phasing plan and restoration plan shall be pr~ided and roll,ed <br /> to minimize wind and water erosion on the site and which plan <br /> shall not all~ for more than ~ive acres to be exposed at any one <br /> time. Said plans are attached hereto and incorporated herein as <br /> Exhibit A. Restoration as used herein shall be defined as meaning <br /> gradin$ and top soil replacement and irass seedln~ such chat turf <br /> is established which will prevent water and wind erosion. Weather <br /> permitting, the restoration scheduled p~oposed in the permit <br /> application shall be obse~ed. <br /> <br /> 2. ~1 final slopes shall be less than five feet horizontal to one <br /> foot vertical (5:1). <br /> <br /> 3. Ail grading and excavating shall be l~ited to 100,000 cubic yards. <br /> Subcut bel~ final proposed grade shall be made only ~or the purpose <br /> soil correction and minor adjustment of subgrade prior to <br /> ~ icat'ou of the stopsoil layflr to final proposed ~rade. ~ <br /> <br /> the plat for topsoil wltbia the development will be limite4 to <br /> 15,000 cubic yards. <br /> <br /> 5. ~at the access onto County Road ~5 shall be reconfiEured per ~oka <br /> County's rec~mendation of September 13, 1988. <br /> <br /> 6. ~e site shall be properly safeguarded to prevent the general <br /> public fr~ depositing sarbaEe or other refuse in the site. <br /> <br /> 7. ~1 structures that are not bein~ use4 shall be removed fr~ the <br /> site. <br /> <br /> 8.
