This permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions <br />imposed herein are co~plied vlth. The conditions o£ this permit are as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> i. Access to the subject property shall only be: 1) an exit only <br /> access from the property on to ~ighway 10 at the vest property <br /> boundary; and 2) an access from Ramsey Boulevard shall be located <br /> within the boundaries of a frontage road adjacent to the railroad <br /> tracks. <br /> <br /> 2. There shall be no more than 50 vehicles for sale at any one time <br /> on the subject property. <br /> <br /> 3. There shall be at least 7 off-street parking spaces provided. <br /> <br /> 4. All off-street parking spaces, driveways and car display areas <br /> shall be surfaced with concrete or blacktop. This surfacing shall <br /> be co~pleted by July 30, 1989. In order to guarantee that the <br /> surfacing shall be completed, a financial guarantee of 1501 of the <br /> City Engineer's estimated cost for improvements shall be deposited <br /> with the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> 5. A landscaping plan shall be provided to the City and landscaping <br /> shall be maintained in accordance with this plan. It is the <br /> responsibility of the property owner to maintain such <br /> landscaping. <br /> <br /> 6. There shall be no exterior storage of vehicle parts, tires or <br /> parts inventory. The purpose of this requirement is to prohibit <br /> salvage and junk yard activities. <br /> <br /> 7. Ail lighting on the property shall be arranged so as to deflect frcm <br /> the adjacent ~ets. ~~ <br /> 8. An additional-~Z~ feet of right-of-wa~ along Pc=;cy _cu.cvard shall <br /> be de~i~ac~d to Am~k.~-~rnty for the future improvement of that <br /> <br />Mr. Roger Hurd hereby acknovledges receipt of this conditional use permit <br />and that he has reviewed the conditions of this permit and has agreed that <br />he will cause compliance with the terms of this permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
