The property is currently zoned I-1 Industrial. Mr. Albinson is <br />requesting that the property be rezoned to B-1 Business so that the present use <br />on the property (convenience store, video rental shop and beauty salon) will be <br />permitted uses, In addition, Mr. Alblnson would like to have B-1 zoning on the <br />property to assure that the balance of the property will be developed with uses <br />that will be compatible with existing uses on the property. <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Proposed findings of fact <br />c) Proposed ordinance <br /> <br />Observations: <br />On September 8, 1988, the Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public <br />hearing regarding Mr. Albinson's request for rezoning. On September 14, 1988, <br />the Commission directed City Staff to prepare findings of fact.
