On . - 198_, site plan approval was granted by the City o£ Ramsey to Jimmy ~'s American Cafe to construct a 1200 square foot addition to the existing facility on the property at 6937 Highway ~10 N.W., which property is legally described as follows: Lot 4, Auditors Subdivision 31. That part of the west one ball of the northeast one quarter of the northwest one quarter of Section 34, 25 1 lng northerly of U.S..Highway #10-5.2 as Township 32, Range : Y- -~ ~-~-t Northern Railway Company rsght- constructed and soutberxy cf-way, now known as Lot 4, Auditors Subdivision 31, described as follows. Beginning at a point on the southerly line of said Lot distant 265 feet northwesterly as measured along said southerly line from the southeast corner of said lot 4, then northwesterly along said line of lot 4 a distance degrees O0 minutes in northwest quadrant a distance of 337.6 feet more lot or less to it*s xntersectmon with the northerly llne of said then southeasterly along the northerly line of said lot 4 to it's intersection wltb a line drawn from the point of beginning and deflecting 88 degrees 00 minutes in the northwest quadrant from the southerly llne of said lot 4, then southwesterly along the last mentioned line a distance of 341 feet more or less to the point of beginning, except Parcel ~1230. This approval is issued pursuant to SectiOn 170.017L of the Ramsay City · Code.· The conditions of this approval are as follc~s: 1. The structure shall be constructed as shOWn on the plans submitted to and approved by the Building Official. No construction shall commence prior to the issuance of a building permit by the Building Official. 2. The structure shall be constructed of materials which match the materials of the existing structure. Site grading, drainage and landscaping plans shall be submitted in accordance with Section 170.017L of the Ramsay City Code. The developer shall submit plans for approval of the City Engineer prior to covenanting work. '~ Th? parking lot shall be resurfaced and striped prior to occupancy of the expanded portion of the facility in accordance with City Code and the specificatiOnS of the City Engineer. 5. Landscaping shall be provided by June I, 1989 in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the City Engineer. No outside improvements such as signs, lighting· or landscaping '. shall be approved which would penetrate the existing 40:1 approach surface to Runway 34.
