REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO HAVE A BUSINESS IDENTIFICATION <br />SIGN IN THE R-IR RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT; CASE OF STANLEY MORTON <br /> By; Planning Assistant Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br />Mr. Stanley Morton is requesting a conditional use permit to have a 32 <br />square foot portable sign on his nursery stock sales lot at 16355 St. <br />Francis Blvd. N.W. In 1981, Mr. Morton was issued a conditional use per. it <br />to operate a nursery stock business on his property. One of the conditions <br />of that permit is that any installation of signs shall be in complisnce <br />with local ordinances.
