A <br />performance bond or cash escrow on the provisions of the <br />screening and landscaping section shall run to the City of Eamsey <br />for a period of two full growing seasOnS foIloving installaion. <br />T~e bond or escrow amount vili be a reasonable estimate of the <br />project cost as determined by the City Engineer. <br />In all districts, a11' merchandlse, materials and equipment <br />stores, kept or dlsplayed outside a building shall he screened, <br />with the foll~'in§ exceptions: <br /> a. The screening shall be placed along property <br /> lines. <br /> In the business or industrial ~istricts, all uses shall provide a <br /> landscaped area aloe§ all streets and areas separating different <br /> uses (business from residential)- This shall be kept clear of <br /> all structures, storage and off-street parking. This area <br /> shall be at least twenty (lO) feet in depth along all streets, <br /> measure~ from the street r£ght-of-vay. ~xcept for driveways, the <br /> area shall extend along both streets in the case of a corner lot. <br /> Ail structures, required lan&soaping and any fences shall he <br /> m&in=aine~ So as not =o be unsi§htly to the adjoining areas. <br /> <br /> 170.Ol?D OF~-ST?~VZT PA~.I~G - <br /> In the urban a~ea, all off-street parking areas shall be paved with a <br /> durable and dustless surface in conformance'with city en§ineering <br /> standards.
