NOTICE OF FUBLIC HEA~ING CITY OF RAHSEY A~OKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City ef Ramsey'S Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 1, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. Stanley Morton's request for a conditional use permit to have a commercial sign in a residential district at his nursery located at 16355 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. This property is legally described as followsi That part of the north half of the northeast quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the north line of said Section 14 with the center line of State Trunk Highway No. 47 as the same is now laid out and traveled, said point being 762.3 feet east from the north quarter corner of said Section 14, then south 3 degrees 05 minutes east along the center line of said highway a distance of 420 feet, then south 89 degrees 52 minutes east a distance of 894.39 feet, then north 0 degrees 19 minutes east a distance of 419.74 feet, then north 89 degrees 52 minutes west a distance of 910.40 feet to the actual point of beginning (except the west 313 feet thereof as measured along the north and south lines thereof) for the purpose of this description, the north line of said Section 14 is assumed to have a bearing of east and west. Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the conditional use permit request. Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey Planming and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303.
