Inc.: <br /> <br /> Dennis Peck was present representing North Pork, Inc. to review the <br /> proposed concept for development of the remainder of Northfork P.U.D. Mr. <br /> Peck updated the Co-~mission as to the development of Northfork P.U.D. thus <br /> far, including construction of roads and Hwy. #10 access with railroad <br /> crossing and park dedication. Mr. Peck reviewed the concept for the <br /> remainder of the development including lots and a golf course.
